Terms & Conditions

By registering for any ghpixel course, workshop or batch (online or physical), you agree to these Terms. They are governed by the laws of Nepal.

1. Registration

Seats are limited and confirmed only after registration and payment.
You must provide accurate information. Students under 18 need parent or guardian consent.

2. Fees and Payment

Fees are in NPR and are as announced for each course or batch.
Pay in full or as per the agreed installment plan. Access may be paused if a payment is overdue.
Payment methods: [eSewa / Khalti / Bank Transfer / Cash]. Receipts are available on request.

3. Refunds

If you cancel at least 3 days before the start date, you get a 100% refund after deducting payment charges.
If we cancel or postpone a course, you can choose a full refund or transfer to another batch.
Approved refunds are processed within 1-3 working days.

4. Classes and Schedule

Class timings, duration and mode are as shared at registration.
We may reschedule classes for unavoidable reasons and will provide a make-up class or recording.
We may update course content or tools to keep the course current.

5. Student Responsibilities

Arrange your own laptop, stable internet, and required software or subscriptions (not included in the fee).
Attend regularly, complete assignments and behave respectfully.
Do not use pirated software. Misconduct may lead to removal without refund.

6. Copyright

All course materials, recordings and resources belong to ghpixel and are for your personal learning only.
Copying, sharing, selling or uploading them without written permission is prohibited.
Your assignment designs remain yours, but we may showcase them with credit unless you request otherwise.

7. AI Tools and Software

We are not responsible for the pricing, availability or outputs of third-party tools.
Use all tools and AI-generated content ethically and lawfully.

8. Certificate

A certificate of completion may be issued to students who meet the attendance and assignment requirements.
It is a ghpixel certificate, not a government-recognized qualification.

9. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee jobs, income or clients. Results depend on your own effort and practice.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is used only for registration, communication and course delivery, and is not shared except as required by law or for payment processing.
Classes may be recorded. Your image will be used for promotion only with your consent.

11. Liability

We are not liable for technical failures (internet, power, device issues) or loss of data.
Our liability is limited to the course fee you paid.

12. Disputes

Contact us first and we will try to resolve any issue fairly.
Unresolved disputes fall under the courts of Nepal, [District] District Court.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The latest version on our website applies.
